New registration is only for

  1. Veterinarian, who has been transferred from other state with NOC.
  2. From the application for Direct Registration in the Registered Veterinary Practitioners Register under Section 52 of Indian Veterinary Council Act 1984.
  3. I am to request you that my name and particulars which are shown below may be entered in the U.P. State Veterinary Practitioners register as per the provision of section 52 of indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984.
